essie ‘Japanese If You Please’ AW 2016 Collection

It is last week of summer, so it's maybe the right time to start talking autumn. The collection has been created by essie global colour director Rebecca Minkoff who was inspired by Tokyo, Japan. She's bottled "the modern and traditional sides of a city bustling with fashion, cuisine and nightlife."

The six shade palette creates a perfect balance between trendsetting color and classic looks. Deeps include the intense damson plum of kimono-over and the striking orange rust of playing koi. Pastel shades of grey, blue and pink anchor the collection with soft versatility and timeless chic.

Kimono-over, Maki Me Happy, Go Go Geisha

Essie Fall 2016 shades:

Kimono-Over – inviting damson plum
Playing Koi – flirtatious orange rust
Udon Know Me – mysterious stony blue
Go Go Geisha – antique blossom pink
Now and Zen – timeless sage grey
Maki Me Happy – crimson-wrapped berry

Overall, I really love this collection! My favourite are maki me happy and go go geisha, although I like kimono-over too:)

‘Japanese if you please’ essie AW 2016 will be available from boots.com/essie £7.99 – Launching this Autumn.
