Skin Food
Try flower power for yourself
Weleda was the first natural skincare I've tried almost 10 years ago. I love their Calendula range and when I had to buy a shampoo for my newborn son, I got Weleda Baby Calendula Shampoo & Bodywash straight away. I've been using Weleda Birch Cellulite Oil and Lavender Relaxing Body Oil for years and recently I came across something I have never tried before - Skin Food.
I don't know how I missed it but Skin Food was introduced in 1926, so it is celebrating 90 years as an iconic beauty classic.
Skin Food is a thick, rich, yet gentle, cream that is used for rough, dry skin. It is unique because you can use it anywhere on your body. Skin Food can be used as a hand cream, lip balm and for cracked areas such as feet and heels. It is something everyone should have at home because it really does wonders on dry skin.
The ingredients are 100% natural and include extract of organic chamomile, organic calendula and wild pansy to soothe rough skin and soothing rosemary with mild antiseptic properties to revitalise dull complexions.
It's refreshing fragrance made from pure essential oils including sweet orange and lavandulae, so artificial preservatives or parabens are not needed.
