Vita Coco has launched a new product: Vita Coco Coconut Oil and it's something completely new to me. I'd never used coconut oil before, so I was super excited to receive the Vita Coco coconut oil in the post to try it out and see what it's all about.

Coconut Oil contains a huge amount of vitamins and minerals - including Choline, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Iron, Stearic and Lauric Acid - which help to nourish the body both inside and out. Vita Coco's coconut oil is organic, raw, and cold pressed, which means it's free of any harmful chemicals.
It smells amazing, just like heaven to me and the great thing about coconut oil, is that it can be used in such a wide range of things: coconut oil will help to whiten your teeth; it can be used as a hair mask to make your hair look shiny, healthy and help with frizziness; it's great for dry skin and works really well as a all-over moisturiser; you can use it as makeup remover and what is the most amazing thing about it that you can use it in the kitchen too as it's great for baking and frying.
